As executive producer, I oversee and maintain the operations of editorial, vfx design teams, producers and administrative staff. My day-to-day responsibility is to ensure PS260 delivers the highest caliber work with clear communication across all departments and stakeholders. This involves the management of editors, producers, visual artists, the studio’s financial status, client relationships and collaborative management for the vision and growth of the company.

Part of the steering committee of play:groundNYC (a NYC-basd non-profit with a mission to reimagine the urban environment as a place for all children to play, create and explore), leading the seach for a second location for an adventure playground in the city. Ths involves scouting for potential sites, building and maintaininbg relationships with grassroot community organizations, city agencies and urban planning partners to develop alliances and partnerships.

Guest Programmer, To Hong Kong With Love Film Festival
Co-programmed a month-long film series on Hong Kong consisting of both classic dramas and documentaries to examine Hong Kong's culture, identity and quest for democracy. In addition to curating the film line-up, I also designed and hosted discussion panels following the screenings, as well as created and produced a website to promote the event.

In my role as executive producer, I led an integrated production team across the broadcast, digital, experiential and print disciplines, identifying production partners, developing schedules, budgets and liaise between agency and external stakeholders.
Notable projects include Axe’s first ever integrated campaign with the one-hour MTV show “Gamekillers“ as its centerpiece, and Vaseline’s pioneering viral social experiment in Kodiak, Alaska for a new product launch.
